These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Intrvuz web application ("App"), provided by Adzip Technologies Pvt. Ltd ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Use of App

2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in order to use the App. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2.2 Account Creation
To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

2.3 Subscription and Payment
To access certain features or functionalities of the App, you may be required to pay a subscription fee. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as specified in the subscription plan you select. All fees are non-refundable. Payment processing will be handled by a third-party payment gateway, and we will not store any of your financial information.

3. App Features and Services

3.1 Assessment Creation
The App allows you to create assessments and upload job descriptions. You understand and acknowledge that the assessments are generated based on the information provided by you, and the results may depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information.

3.2 Bulk CV Screening
Using AI technology, the App enables bulk screening of CVs against job descriptions. While we strive to provide accurate results, you understand and acknowledge that AI technology may not be 100% accurate and may have limitations. Additionally, if the assessment is repeated for the same set of job descriptions and CVs, the generative AI used in the process may produce some variation in results every time you start a fresh assessment. This variation is inherent to the nature of generative AI and should be taken into consideration when reviewing and evaluating the screening results. You are responsible for independently verifying the results and exercising your own judgment in the selection process.

3.3 Matchmaking and Candidate Selection
The App performs matchmaking to identify candidates who are most suitable for the job position based on the job description. The selection of candidates is automated, and you understand that the App's suggestions are based on algorithms and may not guarantee a perfect match. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating the selected candidates before proceeding with interviews and hiring decisions.

3.4 AI Interview Bot Conversations
The App offers AI Interview Bot Conversations, allowing users to conduct automated interviews with candidates. You acknowledge that the AI Interview Bot Conversations are for informational and screening purposes only, and Intrvuz does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of the interview responses provided by candidates.

4. Use of Company Name in Emails

In cases of complete screening, Intrvuz reserves the right to utilize the admin user’s company name to send emails to candidates. This practice serves to maintain transparency and clarity in communication between candidates and the respective companies involved in the screening process. Users acknowledge and consent to the use of their company name for this purpose.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned or licensed by the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose. You must not modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by you. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability. We may also modify these Terms from time to time, and the updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written.
